This server is not set up yet

Stop the server, then in its folder, server/, run:

$ npm run setup -- --org NAME --slug SLUG --name YOURNAME

It makes a customer: their organisation and you its owner, and prints the username and password you sign in with. Then start the server again. Each later customer is made the same way, with a --slug of its own.
